I am extremely fortunate to have a second home outside of the country. In 2016, we purchased a small home in the village of La Herradura in Andalucia, the southernmost region of Spain. Our village has 3,700 full time residents. It’s been 3 years since we’ve been back here due to the restrictions placed on us for being unvaccinated. We left Spain on March 1, 2020, about a week before the pandemic was called in Spain. Coming back to Spain feels like a wonderful dream. Sunshine and warm weather is beginning to heal the scars left by the pandemic. We are more social here than in Oregon but perhaps some of it is a function of the isolation we’ve endured, again, due to our vaccination status. No one here is talking about the pandemic. Despite ever increasing illnesses, be it flu, RSV or perhaps Covid, they seem to delight in living a good life. Our group of senior expats have a goal of being healthy and happy, with an emphasis on healthy eating and exercise. Sign me up. What could be bad about that?
What if you found out that "The Coming Ice Age"/"Global Warming"/"Climate Change" is the product of the same type of manipulated data, research and science as the pandemic's manipulated PCR test data, mask and jab efficacy research and science? A comprehensive narrative based on a tiny bit of largely irrelevant and misapplied science. All requiring massive sacrifices by the masses of the people that don't apply to the powerful elite that never produces the promised beneficial results the sacrifices are purportedly for. While wrecking western liberal democratic and capitalist values. Leaving once-thriving free and prosperous societies a hellish dystopian wreck.
What if the war on carbon is as big a fraud and attack on our way of life as the war on a virus has been, both equally ineffective against their stated targets but highly effective against their real targets - We, the Free People? Because it is. It's never been about saving the planet. Unless our elimination from the planet is the remedy these powerful elite has prescribed to treat it.
I've been hearing about the 15 minute cities but have been hearing that most of the people in Oxford love the idea. I agree with your concerns. If this is true, it is disturbing indeed. IMHO though, I don’t imagine the free citizens of the world will go along with this. If you are able to get more information to better verify this, I will be most interested in hearing more about this. Thank you for putting this on our radar to help make certain it is thoroughly vetted before we become too concerned.

I have a former girlfriend in France who I'm still really good friends with and she sold up and moved to the south of France where Macron is really unpopular and there's a big anti-vax resistance. Apparently Paris was really fascistic last year and the unvaxxed were persecuted big time.
