It is too easy for politicians and journalists to get facts and opinions supporting Big Pharma products and denigrating all safe and very effective off-patent meds. Why? Because the Pharma - NIH “partnership” controls who gets campaign contributions, lucrative speaking invitations, donations to research projects, invitations to put names on (ghost-written) studies, not to leave out all the media advertising and underwriting of just about everything that publishes or promotes medical science. In short, they can “buy” well-credentialed authorities and make them the only “respectable, reliable” news sources. RFK, Jr. has repeatedly talked to the independent doctors and researchers, who don’t let drug reps in their door, but fight for healthy individual patient outcomes. The fight to taint and crush all who try to put patient care — the public interest — ahead of corporate profits is worse than this former reporter ever imagined.

I first heard of regulatory capture during Bush’s presidency when DEA agents were caught having a drug addled sexual orgy with the corporations they were supposed to be regulating.
WOW - you were informed/awake well before me. My husband is a psychologist and herbalist so we were part of the "alternative" health community for over 30 years. We were aware of issues associated with the refusal of the medical field to acknowledge the profound health benefits of medical herbs and plant medicine in general but I had no idea about the degree of capture that was going on. I first heard about it from Dr. Marcia Angell but that was about 7 years ago.
We know for sure that there are NO scientific studies confirming that vaccines do not cause autism. Kennedy will need to provide the concrete evidence that it does. I have no doubt that based on the results of multiple studies comparing thousands of vax and unvaxxed children, Kennedy will use AI to compare ALL of the children in our national database to confirm that conclusion. I understand there are at least 30,000 unvaxxed kids in each age cohort so that will be a wonderful, robust research finding.
I don't understand why you don't approve of ICAN. They have provided excellent litigation against vaccine corruption and injuries caused by them. Of course there are sufficient numbers of unvaxxed kids to use as a control group. Scientific research is still necessary to confirm what we've all witnessed. It will be done and then it will not be controversial. That is what is necessary. This is not about a study going forward. This will compare the health history of those vaccinated against those children who are unvaxxed. Easy and the data is already in the system.
The Gardisal study only had 1,200 girls involved and only 27% of them got the vaccine. Guess how long the study followed them…only 14 days.
Fortunately it’s going on trial soon and I hope Merck is found guilty.
